Terms of Use

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Acceptance

By using ShapeTrack you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What ShapeTrack is

ShapeTrack turns progress photos and measurements into visual body maps, trends, and guidance. All body-composition figures are estimates and every projection is labeled illustrative. The app is a motivational tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose anything.

Your account

Accounts are bound to your device — no password to remember. Link an email in Settings if you want your progress recoverable on a new device. You are responsible for access to your device.

Your content

Your photos remain yours. By uploading them you confirm they are of yourself, that you are at least 18, and that you have the right to upload them.

You give us the limited license needed to store and process your content to provide the service — analyzing scans, drawing trends, answering your coach questions. We don’t claim any broader rights over your photos.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to upload — never someone else’s without their explicit consent. Don’t use the app unlawfully, don’t attempt to identify or harass others, and don’t reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Subscriptions (Pro)

ShapeTrack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Prices are the ones shown on the App Store at purchase. The free tier includes your first scan and limited daily coaching; limits may evolve as the service does.

Availability & changes

We may add, change, or retire features as ShapeTrack grows. One thing won’t change: if we ever adjust what’s free, the photos and history you already have stay accessible to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using ShapeTrack and delete your data at any time from Settings or via support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use ShapeTrack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
